guidelines, your design will be entered in to the
contest.

Ho'okahi Pu'uwai, Ho'okahi Ao, Ho'okahi Ha'aheo
2) 2010 HIP Gay Pride Festival, must be part of the
design
3) All designs must be in B/W (black & white)
