We strive to improve the lives of our local
and regional LGBTQ community by creating
visibility and promoting civil rights through
education, networking and celebrations that
advocate equality.

Along with our dedication to planning, and
implementing the Big Island's annual Gay
Pride Weekend; Hawaii Island Pride is a
Nonprofit Organization shaped from a group
of volunteers who are focused on activism,
awareness, community outreach and
supporting our LGBTQ youth year round.
